THIS LISTING IS ONLY INTENDED FOR PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SPOKEN TO ME ABOUT A DESIGN.  I WILL NOT HONOR THIS PURCHASE IF MADE BEFORE WE SPEAK AND AGREE ON DESIGN.  IN THIS INSTANCE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT AND NO DESIGN WILL BE MADE. 

WHEN TO PURCHASE THIS LISTING:
 -If you are wanting an existing design but need multiple changes (ie: color, text, item in design) and you have spoken to me first and we agree to changes please purchase this listing.  
-If you have previously spoken to me about a custom design and have been given the green light to purchase this listing.
-If you are needing an existing design but with a simple color change, please purchase our {Color Change Request} listing and send me an e-mail with your requested colors. 

Once purchased, I will send you a mockup of the design.  You get ONE alteration, if needed.  I will email you the final file.  

CUSTOM DESIGNS WILL NOT BE SOLD ON IN OUR SHOP.  ONCE PURCHASED, YOU WILL BE THE ONLY PERSON TO HAVE THIS DESIGN.

{TERMS OF USE}

• Clover Doodle digital images (by The Freckled Clover, LLC.), including all {Sewing Seeds + Clover Doodle} collaborated designs, are intended for personal or small business use only.  We define small business use as 100 or fewer end products.  (Examples of end products may be shirts, stickers, tumblers, invitations, etc.)
• An Extended Commercial License may be purchased to cover more than 100 sales on end products.  You can find and purchase this license here: 
• You may NOT send our designs to any 3rd Party Printer or Print On Demand Services.  (Such as, but not limited to, Sazzle, Amazon Merch, Etsy...)  This also includes, but is not limited to, sublimation transfers, DTF transfers, screen prints, white toner, ink jet transfers, etc.
• You may NOT sell your own transfers of any kind of of our designs.
• We always REQUIRE the use of a watermark (ours or your own) over our images when displaying them on Facebook, your website, Instagram, etc. 
• Our designs may NOT be edited unless you are adding personalization (name, monogram/etc.)  You cannot use any of our designs in part or in whole to create any new digital design to sell.  This includes digitizing any content for embroidery.  This also includes making minor modifications (to color or even adding onto our design.)  Exception is invitations.
• You may not claim any of our designs as your own work.
• You may not share this design file in any way- this includes copying, gifting, or reselling.
